Shipping policy

  • We ship to Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, mainland Portugal and mainland Spain. For now we do not ship to other countries, nor to the Azores, Madeira, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
  • Orders are shipped by our suppliers, from warehouses in Europe or, for the products indicated on the page, from China.
  • Free shipping. No customs fees or duties to pay on delivery.
  • Delivery time: the one shown on each product, usually 5 to 10 working days (European stock) or 7 to 15 working days (shipped from China).
  • You get the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement.
  • An order with several products may arrive in separate parcels.
  • Christmas: to arrive before 25 December, order by 25 November (products from China) or 9 December (European stock).
  • If your order does not arrive within the delivery time shown, write to us and we will sort it out: we resend it or refund you.
